1. Completed Tickets By Member

Completed Tickets By Member

This panel shows the number of completed tickets that each member (resource) has that are not closed in ConnectWise Manage

Options available: Chart Configuration, Select Boards, Select Members, Send to Excel, Sort A to Z, Turn Menu On/Off, Turn Border On/Off.

2. Delinquent Tickets By Company

Delinquent Tickets By Company

This panel shows the companies with tickets that have not been updated for 2 (two) days and are not closed. Clicking on the bar shows the specific status of the tickets.

Options available: Chart Configuration, Select Boards, Send to Excel, Show/Hide Completed Tickets, Sort A to Z, Turn menu on/off, Turn border on/off

Open Tickets By Age

This Panel shows the age of the tickets that are not closed.

Options available: Chart Configuration, Select Boards, Send to Excel, Show/Hide Completed Tickets, Sort A to Z, Turn menu on/off, Turn border on/off

Open Tickets By member

This panel shows the number of tickets that each member (resources) has that are not closed in ConnectWise Manage. Drill down to see the companies associated with those tickets,

Open tickets By priority

The priorities of the tickets that are not closed are displayed on this panel.

6. Open tickets By service board

Open tickets By service board

The panel displays the companies with tickets that are not closed. Clicking on the bar shows the specific status on the tickets.

Open tickets By status

This panel shows the statuses with tickets that are not closed. Clicking on the bar shows the specific service boards on the tickets.

Options available: Chart Configuration, Select Boards, Send to Excel, Show/Hide Completed Tickets, Sort A to Z, Turn menu on/off, Turn border on/off

Open tickets By type

This unusual panel displays all open tickets by ticket type. You must first select the ticket type. Drill down allows you to see the ticket in the browser.

Options available: Send to excel and Select boards.

9. Open tickets Past due by company

This panel shows all open tickets where resources end date is past due, grouped by company.

Options available: Chart Configuration, Select Boards, Send to Excel, Sort A to Z, Turn menu on/off, Turn border on/off

10. Open tickets resource without date by company

Open tickets resource without date by company

This panel shows all open tickets where the resource has no begin or end date by company.

Options available: Chart Configuration, Select Boards, Send to Excel, Sort A to Z, Turn menu on/off, Turn border on/off

11. Member with oldest open ticket

Member with oldest open ticket

What member (or members) have the oldest open ticket?

Options available: Select Boards, Select Members, Turn menu on/off, Turn border on/off

Ticket activity #1

Displays the current activity of all tickets, grouped by day, week and month. The right bottom box displays the member with the oldest ticket.

Options available: Select Boards, Send to Excel, Show/Hide Completed Tickets, Turn menu on/off, Turn border on/off

Ticket activity #2

This panel will display current activity ofr tickets, grouped by day, week, month, quarter and year. The first number is open, second is closed and then the percent closed. Drill down for more information.
